Take a clean and clear photo(4x4 or 5x5) on a white background with all your facial features visible and send to us via EMAIL as attachment.

Your Fingerprints
Instruction To Submit Fingerprints:
We require the prints of your Right hand fingers and Left hand fingers. Place your right finger tips on a blue or black ink pad & then place on a white piece of paper. Do the same for the left fingers.
Scan and send the fingerprints to us via EMAIL.
